Take on the Great South West Sportive and enjoy beautiful scenery, twisting descents and challenging climbs through iconic countryside and moorland and be part of the first ever cycling event to cross the Tamar Bridge!  This cross county sportive caters for all, with fully supported and signed routes, our event has been designed and planned by cyclists for cyclists.

All routes are £45 to enter, and new for 2021, we are delighted to announce that our event will donate £5 from every entry towards our two chosen charities St Lukes Hospice & Bowel Cancer West.  You can find out more about these charities on the Charities Page on this website.

Starting from our new Event Village location of Marjons University from 7.30am, all three routes pass through our distinct South West countryside and a number of iconic landmarks including The Tamar Bridge.  All of the routes will take on the famous Strava ‘Top 100’ climb of Rundlestone, known locally as Pork Hill.  You will be able to re-fuel at our well stocked and strategically placed food stations along the way, each offering sweet and savoury goodies.

The Extreme route takes you on an additional 30 miles of picturesque Dartmoor, passing through the famous village of Widecombe in the Moor and down through the valley of  The River Dart crossing at Dartmeet (and back up again!).

Relax knowing we have mechanical, medical and field support throughout the event helping you through your day, and of course don’t be caught by the broom wagon! Plenty of parking and facilities will be available at our Race Village hosted by Marjons University and our fabulous partners  Dartmoor Brewery who host our main Food Station at their premises in Princetown, will provide you with a free Legend Ale at the end!
